Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No outside visitors without prior approval.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect our neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in removal from the property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $300 fee will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas where there are ashtrays. Please clean out the ashtrays before you leave.

POOL HEAT POLICY
Pool heat is available as an optional add-on and is not included in the reservation rate.

POOL HEAT FEES
$20.00 Per Night

Important Information:
Pool heat must be requested prior to arrival.
Pool heat fees must be paid before activation.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 24 hours before check-in to allow sufficient time for the pool to warm.
Weather conditions, outdoor temperatures, wind, rain, and cold fronts may affect pool temperature and heating performance.
Actual water temperature may vary based on weather conditions, air temperature, wind, rainfall, and pool usage.
Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related temperature fluctuations once the pool heat has been activated.

POOL EQUIPMENT
Guests may not tamper with, adjust, turn on, turn off, disconnect, or modify any pool equipment.
This includes the pool heater, pool pump, filter system, timers, valves, control panels, automation systems, and electrical equipment.
Unauthorized adjustments can damage equipment, interrupt pool operation, and create safety hazards.
If pool heat is requested or any pool-related issue arises, please contact the host for assistance.
Guests may be held responsible for service calls, repairs, or damages resulting from tampering with pool equipment.

POOL SAFETY RULES
No diving or running around the pool
No glass in the pool area
Children must be supervised at all times
Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
Pool equipment must not be tampered with
Pool is serviced every Monday morning.

BBQ GRILL USE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor BBQ grill during their stay.
Please scrape and clean the cooking grates after each use.
Please leave the grill in the same condition in which it was found for the next guest.
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive food residue, grease buildup, or an unreasonable mess is left behind.
Guests use the BBQ grill at their own risk and must supervise the grill at all times while in operation.
Please turn off the propane and all burner controls after use.
Guests may not tamper with, adjust, disconnect, modify, or attempt repairs on the grill, propane tank, regulator, or related equipment.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper operation, or tampering may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

PETS
Pets are welcome with a paid pet fee.
Pet rules:
No pets on furniture or beds
Clean up after your pet (indoors & outdoors)
Pets must not be left unattended unless crated
Any pet damage will be billed to the guest

CHECK‑IN & CHECK‑OUT
Check‑in: 4 PM
Check‑out: 11 AM
Early check‑in or late check‑out must be approved in advance.

CLEANLINESS
Please leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

SECURITY & SAFETY
Lock all doors and windows when leaving
Do not disable or cover smoke detectors
Report any damage immediately

PARKING
Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways.

NO COMMERCIAL USE
No photo shoots, filming, or commercial activity without prior written approval.

LOCAL LAWS
Guests must comply with all local ordinances, including Hollywood’s noise and occupancy rules.
