Bella Vacation 1507 is a cozy, older Florida home with modern upgrades: a renovated kitchen, bright living spaces and a private pool oasis, set on a quiet street in Hollywood. It is made for families, couples, remote workers and travelers with pets who want a real home instead of a hotel room.
How Bella Vacation Stay Began
Bella Vacation Stay began when COVID-19 hit. Like so many families, we found ourselves slowing down and thinking about what matters most: time together, sunshine, and a place where everyone can simply relax. That is when we opened our very first vacation rental.
We set out to create the kind of home we love to stay in ourselves: private, comfortable, pet-friendly and ready for the whole family, from grandparents to the little ones. Every detail, from the private pool and fenced yard to the fully stocked kitchen, is there so your family can make memories together.
Today, Bella Vacation 1507 is our way of sharing our little corner of Hollywood, Florida with you. We look forward to welcoming you, and to welcoming you back year after year.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 Queen beds, a Full bed and a pull-out sleeper couch. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a coffee maker to a dishwasher, the living room has a 65" HDTV, and a desk with a monitor and fast Wi-Fi makes remote work easy. A washer and dryer, central A/C and ceiling fans keep longer stays comfortable.
Minutes from the Beach, Downtown & Hard Rock
Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, the home is just 2.5 miles from Hollywood Beach and within walking distance of Downtown Hollywood’s restaurants, shops and ArtsPark at Young Circle, with its outdoor concerts and events. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, home of the iconic Guitar Hotel and Hard Rock Live, is a short drive away, and Hard Rock Stadium is within easy reach for game days and concerts. Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades are close by too, making this a perfect base for beach days, game days, cruises or a night before your flight.
