If you enjoy working with your hands and helping people with their home and business comfort levels, this may be the career for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>A Changing Workforce<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two decades ago women comprised only 1.6% of <\/span><strong>HVAC workers in the U.S. Today<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, that percentage has grown to 2.6. This inequality has been addressed by many people who have succeeded in improving the issue. We are happy to say female workers in the HVACR industry are <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paid well<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The disparity between pay for men and women is narrowing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.vantagecircle.com\/women-in-the-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">challenges that women face in the workforce<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are being addressed in HVAC and other industries.
