What Do you Do When You\u2019ve Finished HVAC School?<\/h2>\n

\"HVACThe first thing you need to do is ask yourself if you want to go further. There are lots of people entering the HVAC field and quite frankly they will hold the same qualifications as you. That being said, do you want to stick with the certificate or do you want to go for the associate\u2019s of occupational studies degree? We strongly recommend the associate\u2019s of occupational studies degree, of course, and there are several benefits. The most obvious benefit of having an associate\u2019s degree is the ability to enter a four year college bachelor\u2019s program. Additionally, this will usually reduce the amount of time necessary to actually complete the program, which will ultimately ensure that you get into your field faster.<\/p>\n

The next benefit we\u2019d like to mention when it comes to the associate\u2019s degree is the ability to obtain a degree in commercial engineering. Advanced degrees can help you to push forward into new careers, especially those that involve the installation of large HVAC systems. If you haven\u2019t figured it out already, many of the systems used in hospitals, factories, and research centers are much more complex and they\u2019re used for both cooling along with air filtration. Finally, this manner of HVAC service training<\/em><\/strong> will give you the ability to move on to the more coveted graduate degree, further solidifying your future in the HVAC field.<\/p>\n

Heating and air conditioning school can prepare you for many things but you may need to expand your horizons a bit.
